Everything You Need to Know

All shipping is handled with the upmost care but sometimes things happen. If a candles arrives damaged, please send pictures to us and we will remake your candle at no charge. If your candle does not perform the way you expect, please also feel free to contact us and let us know. We will never expect anyone to settle for less than our personal best.

How We Do It

Send us a picture of any damage and we will do our best to replace your product. Everything is hand made so there will always be some variation between products but we will not ask you to accept less than our personal best.
